Terms of service

shul.info provides synagogues with a public web page displaying prayer and class schedules and community announcements, together with an administration panel for managing that content. Schedule times may be computed from astronomical data for the coordinates the synagogue provides; they are offered as a convenience and should be confirmed against your community's own halachic guidance.

A subscription covers one synagogue (one tenant address). You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish, for keeping your administrator credentials confidential, and for the people you grant administrator access to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles checkout, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time and keep administrator access until the end of the paid period. If a subscription lapses, your public page remains online — only editing in the administration panel is suspended. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

Content you publish (schedules, announcements, names, logos) remains yours. You grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of the service. Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is unrelated to the operation of your community.

We aim to keep the service continuously available but provide it “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation or of the accuracy of computed times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@shul.info.
