Refund policy

If shul.info isn't right for your community, write to us within 14 days of your first purchase — monthly or annual — and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Subscriptions renew automatically. If an annual renewal goes through when you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Monthly renewals are generally not refunded — cancel any time and your access simply runs to the end of the paid month.

Cancel from the admin panel's Billingtab (Manage subscription). You keep administrator access until the end of the paid period, and your synagogue's public page stays online either way.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. To request one, email support@shul.info or reply to your Paddle receipt.
